When will I receive my order?

Order processing and preparation takes about 48 business hours, then product shipping and delivery (free) require our team a timeframe of 6 to 14 business days.

The tracking code is available the day after ordering, sent to the email used during purchase.

We do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible, while ensuring exceptional quality service (product inspection before packaging, etc...).

Standard delivery is free for orders over 40€.

If the delay seems too long, contact us, we will be happy to reassure you about the progress of your order.

I don’t live in France, do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide, although naturally it may take longer than shipping within France.

Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes about 9 to 14 business days.

Destinations outside the EU may incur fees.

I would like to return items, what is the procedure?

Our items undergo very strict quality checks before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) by clicking here along with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Returns are free in case of proven product defect (broken, torn, etc.).
“Comfort” returns (e.g., pants bought too small, item you don’t like) are at your expense. The procedure will be sent to you by email*.

*Returns outside the European Union cost about 8€
