SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- When will I receive my order?
Receiving and preparing your order takes approximately 48 business hours, then product shipping as well as delivery (free) require our team a timeframe of 6 to 14 business days.
The tracking code is available the day after the order, sent to the email used when placing the order.
Please use it to track your package.
We do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible, while ensuring exceptional service quality (product inspection before packaging, etc...).
Standard shipping is free for orders over €40.
If the timeframe seems too long, contact us, we will be happy to reassure you about the progress of your order.
- I don't live in France, do you ship internationally?
We ship our products worldwide, although obviously it may take longer than shipping within France.
Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes about 9 to 14 business days.
Destinations outside the EU may incur charges.
- I would like to return items, what is the procedure?
Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products show any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) by clicking here along with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Returns are free in case of proven product defect (broken product, torn, etc.).
So-called "comfort" returns (e.g., pants bought too small, item you don't like) are at your expense. The procedure will be sent to you by email*.
*Returns from outside the European Union cost about €8

We use the world’s most popular payment processor: Stripe. It allows you to pay via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner's Club, Bancontact, iDeal, Multibanco, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
